Responsibilities & Duties
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Equivalent Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years Saudi Arabia industrial project experience in oil-gas, power plant etc. including
• shutdown.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
• Review scope of work, interfacing and coordination other disciplines to prepare project schedule.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Evaluate MTO to prepare equipment / manpower mobilization and demobilization plan, schedule,
• execution plan for projects.
• Expertise to prepare two week - one month look ahead plan / daily – weekly - monthly progress report /
• cash flow in-out / invoicing / MOM for projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with engineers, procurement, subcontractor and project managers to achieve milestones.
• Strong in contract negotiations and finalizing project scope.
• Monitor and prepare report on project progress and any deviations from the plan.
• Expedite with team / stakeholders to achieve set milestone ahead of schedule.
• Provide support during project implementation to ensure estimated costs are adhered to.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations like ARAMCO / SEC/ SABIC etc..
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Autocad / Primavera/ ERP/ SAP software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
