Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical QC Engineer More than 5 years of working experience

Minimum 5 years of QC experience in Saudi Arabia.

Noted expertise with GRP, SS, and DSS systems.

Basic knowledge of rotary equipment installation.

Relevant engineering degree and certifications.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance and Control:

• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement QC procedures and guidelines to enhance product quality and reliability.

2. Material Inspection:

• Review and verify the quality of materials (GRP, SS, DSS) used in projects through detailed inspections and analysis.

• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.

• Provide regular feedback and reports to management regarding quality issues and improvements.

4. Rotary Equipment Installation:

• Assist in ensuring proper installation practices are followed for rotary equipment and other mechanical systems.

• Participate in pre-installation and post-installation inspections to ensure proper functionality.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, project management, and construction teams to address quality-related issues effectively.

• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality control measures and project progress.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and contribute to the development of best practices in quality control.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of QC experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Expertise in GRP, SS, and DSS systems.

• Basic knowledge of rotary equipment installation.

• Relevant engineering degree and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on wind power systems or renewable energy.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
