Job Summary:
The employee supports daily store and warehouse operations by assisting in receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory, contributing to a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Officer:
Manage the receipt, storage, and organization of incoming goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.
Implement and uphold FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management system.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Outbound Officer:
Oversee the dispatch and delivery of goods to customers.
Ensure accurate order picking and timely shipment.
Maintain records of outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics teams.
Store Associate:
Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries.
Restock shelves and ensure products are organized and displayed correctly.
Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
Help in unloading deliveries and organizing stock in storage areas.
Ensure price tags are accurate and up to date.
Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
Store Helper:
Assist in loading, unloading, receiving, and storing goods and supplies.
Organize and arrange stock on shelves, racks, or storage areas.
Check product labels, expiry dates, and report any damages or shortages.
Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing shelves when needed.
Help customers locate products and carry items when required.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse area.
Support store staff in packing, labeling, and preparing orders.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies during daily operations.
Assist in inventory counts and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift, move, and carry moderate to heavy items.
Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
Previous experience in retail or warehouse (preferred but not required).
Important Note:
Positions are strictly limited to candidates currently residing in Riyadh.
