We are seeking a highly experienced Document Controller with a proven track record in mega projects within the contracting and construction sector, particularly in infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining project documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in mega-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or water networks).
Demonstrated experience in Tier-1 contracting or EPC companies.
Expert-level proficiency in Aconex and Oracle Unifier – mandatory.
Deep understanding of ISO 9001 documentation standards and project lifecycle documentation control.
Strong technical knowledge of engineering and construction documentation (drawings, method statements, submittals, RFI, NCR, MIR, etc.).
Excellent command of English – written and spoken (Arabic is an asset).
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.
