We are looking for an experienced "Document Controller" to join our team!
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in "Document Controller"
#Requirements:
• Raising concrete orders, Preparing RFI Log, NCR Log, Concrete
Log, preparing site work order, Raising MR's & FCR Log.
• Coordinate with different department key persons and follow up of
upcoming work schedules.
• Auditing the site documentation activities. Verifying the delay in
approval/reply to status from various parties.
• Producing document progress reports for senior managers.
• Preparing the weekly forecast for planning the weekly program and
follow up to get the additional resources required.
• Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
on behalf of clients and industry professionals.
#Main Responsibilities:
• Managed and maintained accurate and up-to-date documents.
• Performed evaluations and document audits.
• Coordinated with departments to ensure timely submission of
documents.
• Ensured compliance with company standard operating procedures.
• Performed evaluations and document audits of financial
agreements and legal verification.
