We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation in accordance with HCIS requirements, company standards, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documentation (drawings, submittals, RFIs, material approvals, correspondence, etc.).
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in line with company and client procedures.
Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions through the Document Control Register.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Support audit and inspection processes by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly document status reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Control Systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills in Arabic
