We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer / HSE Officer with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with safety standards, promote a strong safety culture, and support electrical and construction project activities across our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor site safety programs and procedures in line with company and client requirements.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and safety regulations.
Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Support project teams in identifying and mitigating hazards related to electrical and construction activities.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare safety performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer / HSE Officer in construction or utility projects.
Certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
