Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and review Prequalification Documents (PQD).
Prepare and review all Technical Submittals, Compliance Sheets, and Data Sheets.
Prepare and understand all Material Test Certificates (MTC), Warranty Letters, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
Prepare Internal Test Reports, Production Reports, and Technical Letters/Replies.
Prepare SASO and ISO files related to product certification.
Understand and prepare Pipe Drawings and Packing Lists.
Prepare MTS, Compliance Sheets, and Personal Reports as required.
Full technical understanding of the factory’s products: Valves, Fittings, and Hydrants.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for all technical documentation.
Must be able to understand and prepare the following:
MTC – Material Test Certificate.
Warranty Documents.
Data Sheets.
Pipe Drawings.
Compliance Sheets.
Internal Test Reports.
Technical Letters / Replies.
Production Reports.
ITP.
SASO & ISO Files.
PQD, MTS.
Packing List.
Products Knowledge: Valves, Fittings, Hydrants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the same field (Ductile Iron Valves, Fittings, or Infrastructure Water Products).
Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken, written, and read).
Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
Previous experience in communication with consultants and government authorities is preferred.
