About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QC to handle our quality function and ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards. This role is critical in implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems, monitoring processes, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

The Quality Section Head will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing leadership, training, and guidance to foster a strong culture of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues.

• Train, mentor, and guide quality control staff on methods, tools, and best practices.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, test results, and records.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

• Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.

• Contribute to developing and executing quality assurance strategies and initiatives.

• Promote a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in quality control roles

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC).

• Proficiency in quality management systems, inspection equipment, and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Leadership and coaching abilities to develop and guide team members.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASQC).

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
