Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HSE, with Aramco experience
Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards - Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance - Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors - Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks - Ensure compliance with Aramco's HSE standards and regulations - Prepare JSA and HSE documents for the project execution
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Aramco approval as HSE officer - Strong knowledge of HSE principles, practices, and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills: - Experience with Aramco's HSE management system - Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Schedule S - Certification in HSE management systems
