Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5 years of experience as an MEP Foreman, with a strong background in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and familiarity with civil engineering principles.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
Planning & Organization: Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate complex site activities efficiently.
Safety Awareness: Commitment to safety regulations and a strong understanding of site safety procedures.
Documentation Skills: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
