Within the scope of our Earthwork Inspection activities, we need 6 engineers

Job TitleEarthwork Site Engineer (Railway Maintenance Project)

Required Qualifications (Summary):

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering

• Preferably with experience in infrastructure, earthworks, or railway projects

• Suitable for fieldwork and capable of preparing technical reports

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of site experience (in infrastructure, earthworks, roads, dams, railways, or similar projects)

• Knowledge of earthworks and geotechnical field applications

• Experience in site inspections, reporting, and team coordination

• Prior experience in railway projects is an advantage

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of slope stability, erosion, drainage systems, and soil behavior

• Ability to identify earthwork defects such as erosion, scouring, sliding, slope failure, and settlement

• Skilled in site observation, photographic documentation, and technical reporting

• Ability to read technical drawings, site maps, and reports

• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations

Computer Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Personal Attributes

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and consistent in reporting

• Suitable for field conditions; organized and proactive

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Capable of analyzing problems and producing solutions

• Able to make independent decisions in remote field locations

Other Requirements

• Valid Class B driver’s license (preferred)

• Willingness to work and travel across different project locations

• Ability to conduct urgent field inspections when required

• English proficiency is an advantage

• Must comply with SAR security and training requirements (PTS training will be provided)
