Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage on-site workforce for metal works, fa?ade, roofing, and cladding installations.
•Ensure daily work execution follows approved drawings, methods, and safety standards.
•Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Monitor material availability, work progress, and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
•Report site issues, progress, manpower requirements, and material needs to the Site Engineer/ProjectManager.
•Conduct toolbox talks and assist in enforcing safety guidelines.
•Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction, preferably in metal structures,cladding, or fa?ade works.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise multi-national workforce.
•Good understanding of construction drawings and installation procedures.
•Ability to manage site operations efficiently and resolve day-to-day issues.
•Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
•GCC experience required.
