Project Type: Interior Finishing & Fit-Out Projects
Education:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in drafting for fit-out or interior finishing projects.
• Proven experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and coordination drawings.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Revit App is mandatory.
• Familiarity with autocad, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural,drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques used in fit-out works.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and detailed drawings for site execution and approvals.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing logs and documentation.
Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred:
• Experience with Saudi building codes and regulations.
