About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer with 5–7 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial knowledge in the manufacturing and trading of gratings, ladders, handrails, step irons, bollards, manhole covers, access hatches, and other fabricated products made from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and FRP.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and end users.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product solutions.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical discussions with clients.
Follow up on projects, tenders, and inquiries to ensure successful closure.
Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate technical submissions and timely deliveries.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia in fabricated metal and FRP products.
Strong technical understanding of gratings, handrails, ladders, manhole covers, and related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
