### ???? Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced *Senior Electrical Engineer* with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in the *Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)* region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, execution, and supervision of electrical systems for large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

### ???? Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop *electrical systems* including power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and backup power solutions

- Prepare and review *electrical drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and **technical specifications*

- Ensure compliance with *local and international codes* (e.g., IEC, NEC, DEWA, ADDC, SEC)

- Hotel Experienced - preferred in ELV commission and handing over

- Conduct *load calculations, voltage drop analysis, short circuit studies, and **equipment selection*

- Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, Architectural) to ensure integrated project delivery

- Supervise *site installations, inspections, testing, and commissioning* of electrical systems

- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities for approvals and inspections

- Provide technical support during *tendering, procurement, and construction* phases

- Implement *value engineering* and propose cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions

### ? Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in the GCC region

- Strong knowledge of *electrical design software* (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, Dialux, Excel)

- Familiarity with *MEP coordination*, project planning, and site supervision

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Valid GCC driving license (preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Senior Mechanical Engineer* with 7–10 years of proven experience in the *Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)* region, specializing in *HVAC and Fire Fighting systems*. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, execution, and supervision of mechanical systems across a range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of *HVAC and Fire Fighting systems* in compliance with international and local codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SBC, etc.)

- Conduct *heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing*, and equipment selection using industry-standard software (e.g., HAP, DuctSizer, Elite)

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems

- Supervise site installations, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and fire protection systems

- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and timely project delivery

- Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases

- Conduct *value engineering* and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety
