looking for a Document Controller

Job description

A Company engaged in material supply, installation, testing & commissioning for major clients such as Aramco, SABIC,Ma’aden, Royal Commission, and other industrial sectors is looking for a Document Controller.
Requirements:
• Strong background in Document Control within industrial and project environments.
• Experience handling documentation as per Aramco/SABIC/Ma’aden/RC standards.
• Well-versed in material supply documentation, vendor data, compliance records, NMRs submittals, quality documents, ITPs, MIRs, submittals, and test/commissioning documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all technical and project documents for supply and installation contracts.
• Prepare, track, and update transmittals, submittals, NMRs, material documentation, test & commissioning records, and final handover dossiers.
• Ensure complete compliance with client specifications and industrial standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, engineering, and site teams.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure timely submissions to clients
