Summary:
The HSE & Data Entry Coordinator supports the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) department by maintaining accurate safety records, assisting with compliance activities, and ensuring timely reporting. The role combines administrative data-entry tasks with coordination of basic HSE functions to support a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update HSE databases, incident logs, training records, and compliance documentation.
Assist in preparing safety reports, KPIs, dashboards, and monthly/weekly summaries.
Support HSE officers in conducting audits, inspections, and toolbox meetings.
Ensure proper filing of safety documents such as risk assessments, permits, and checklists.
Coordinate HSE-related training sessions, inductions, and meetings.
Follow up with departments to collect safety data and close out action items.
Assist in incident reporting and investigation documentation.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in HSE, Business Admin, or related field).
Basic knowledge of HSE principles and practices.
Strong data-entry and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision.
