We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor (Expatriate) to manage and supervise daily site activities and ensure all construction works are executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities on site
Ensure work is executed according to IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity
Ensure safety rules (HSE) are strictly followed on site
Check levels, alignment, and dimensions before execution
Report daily progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
Control materials usage and minimize wastage
Assist in inspections with client and consultant
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor
Good knowledge of concrete works, rebar, formwork, blockwork, and finishing
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Basic knowledge of QA/QC and safety procedures
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure on site
