Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with expertise in estimation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for Civil projects. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand the scope of work.
Preparing detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
Conducting site visits and inspections to gather necessary information for estimation.
Analyzing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
Preparing and presenting estimation reports and proposals to clients and management.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in estimation and project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, and industry standards.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
