Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written) for professional communication with project owners.
???? Job Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and track the project schedule.
Manage project documents, file archiving, and data organization.
Coordinate with owners, supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Organize project meetings, prepare materials, record minutes, and distribute reports.
Support coordination of on-site engineering, technical, and progress-related matters.
Prepare documentation, reports, and technical clarifications.
