Company Overview:
We are a growing General Contracting company working across diverse projects within the Kingdom. We are seeking a highly skilled QS/Estimation Engineer with solid experience in project bidding, pricing, proposal preparation, and strong knowledge of the Etimad Portal.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing.
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope for accurate estimation.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Manage the full tendering cycle including RFIs, vendor quotations, and bid submissions.
Handle tender uploads and follow-ups via Etimad Portal.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams.
Support negotiation and clarification stages post?bid.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in the Saudi construction market (mandatory).
Strong background in cost estimation, bidding, and proposal preparation.
Hands-on experience with Etimad Portal.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
Language Requirement: Must be proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
