Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7 years of relevant Quality Management experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of project quality requirements, inspection processes, and international standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, ISO 9001).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the team in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate QA/QC activities, including welding inspection, NDT coordination, and material verification.
Conduct quality audits, surveillance, and site walkthroughs to ensure compliance with project specifications and ITPs.
Review and verify material certificates, inspection records, and test reports.
Support the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in client and consultant inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Train and guide QA/QC inspectors and ensure consistency across project phases.
Prepare periodic quality reports and assist in management review meetings.
