Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Safety / HSE / Fire Protection / Risk Management)
5+ years FM experience (GCC experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, Civil Defence approvals, NFPA & Local Safety Codes
NEBOSH, OSHA/IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, First Aid certified
Ability to conduct safety trainings, audits, incident reporting & performance tracking
Strong leadership and communication skills (English & Arabic)
Valid KSA driving license preferred
