We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost, contracts, and commercial aspects of our construction/oil & gas projects. The role involves preparing estimates and budgets, evaluating tenders, monitoring costs, managing variations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Evaluate tenders and manage subcontractor agreements
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow
• Prepare progress payments and final accounts
• Administer contracts and support claims management
• Coordinate with project teams and engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying /MEP Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas contracting, trading, or related industries
• Strong understanding of EPC, EPCM contracts, and trading agreements
• Solid knowledge of cost management, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations
• Experience with offshore and onshore projects, including HSE regulations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
