Baran Company Limited is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil QC professional to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality control of civil construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections for civil works such as concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing
Review and implement ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures
Ensure civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Conduct material inspections and verify test results
Coordinate with site teams and consultants for inspections and approvals
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation
Support testing, handover, and project close-out activities
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
3–5 years of experience in Civil QC / QA-QC roles
Strong knowledge of civil construction standards and inspection practices
Experience in industrial or plant projects is an advantage
Good communication and documentation skills
