Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor site safety procedures
Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Promote safe work practices and PPE usage
Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness programs
Report and investigate incidents and near misses
Requirements
Safety-related certification or diploma
Experience in construction and/or scaffolding projects (preferred)
Strong knowledge of work-at-height safety practices
Good communication and leadership skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
