Job Responsibilities:
Design, review, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure proper integration
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Supervise MEP installation works on site and ensure quality standards
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety regulations
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Support value engineering and cost optimization
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
in-country hiring only.
