Document Controller will be responsible for the effective management, control, and distribution of all project and company documentation. This role ensures that documents are accurately recorded, securely stored, and made available to authorized personnel in compliance with company standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple document workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control, and maintain all project-related documents and records
Ensure proper document numbering, version control, filing, and distribution
Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking reports
Control incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and document control procedures
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all documents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller
Strong knowledge of document control systems (Aconex experience preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Location: Saudi Arabia
