Position: Mechanical Engineer – HVAC and Forman
Job Description:
Al Zaman Office is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) and Forman to join our team in Jeddah. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC system design, installation supervision, coordination, and project execution in accordance with project specifications and Saudi standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review HVAC systems (chillers, ducting, ventilation, piping).
Supervise site installation and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and technical reports.
Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in HVAC systems (MEP projects preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is an advantage).
Knowledge of Saudi codes and standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
