Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion and resource allocation.
Collaborate with project managers a to identify project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct risk analysis to identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.
Utilize scheduling software to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
Prepare and present progress reports to project managers / Consultant, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with various departments to gather data and ensure alignment on project timelines.
Analyze project performance metrics and recommend improvements for future projects.
Assist in resource planning and management to optimize workforce efficiency.
Implement best practices in planning and scheduling to enhance project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in planning methodologies to maintain competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 .
Certifications such as PMP or Planning Engineer Certification are highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are vital.
