Junior Architect
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

BRIC Company is seeking a qualified Junior Architect (male or female) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably within hospitality and hotel projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical capabilities and be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive IFC drawings and shop drawings
Develop accurate as-built drawings
Assist with cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and technical coordination
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams with minimal supervision
Ensure all deliverables adhere to project standards, codes, and hotel brand requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural work, with exposure to hospitality projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
Strong understanding of interior fit-out, construction detailing, and coordination
Ability to work independently, accurately, and within deadlines
Immediate availability is preferred
Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in hotel and hospitality projects. The candidate must demonstrate strong technical leadership, independent work capability, and solid coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical engineering
Proven experience in hotel developments and fit-out projects
Expertise in IFC drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, load calculations, SLDs, and electrical design review
Strong knowledge of Saudi codes, international standards, and authority requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and engineering calculation tools
Excellent coordination with architectural, mechanical, and ID teams
Ability to lead junior engineers and supervise site implementation
