A reputed contracting company is urgently looking to hire a Civil Engineer for ongoing airbase projects across Saudi Arabia.

Job Location: Saudi Arabia (multiple sites)

Job Descriptions: -

The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction works at site in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, Saudi standards, and company procedures. The role ensures compliance with quality, HSE regulations, and project schedules while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities including excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, finishing, and external works.

• Review approved construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution.

• Ensure all site works are carried out as per approved IFC drawings, method statements, and consultant/client requirements.

• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers to achieve planned progress.

• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials in compliance with project QA/QC procedures and Saudi codes/standards.

• Conduct site inspections, raise inspection requests (IRs), and coordinate approvals with consultants and client representatives.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, Saudi labor regulations, and site safety policies.

• Measure quantities, verify executed works, and assist in interim payment applications and final accounts.

• Identify and resolve technical issues at site in coordination with consultants, QA/QC, and planning teams.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and material procurement in coordination with the planning and procurement departments.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and handover activities.

Required Skills & Qualification: -

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, materials, and construction methods

• Familiarity with ACI, BS, ASTM, or local building codes

• Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings

• Experience with quality control and site supervision

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software

• Knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Familiar with QA/QC and safety procedures

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, AutoCAD)
