We are seeking a skilled Filipino MEP Engineer to design, oversee, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, energy efficiency standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed MEP designs using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and system testing.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for installations.
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation for approvals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and operation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).
3-5 years of experience in MEP design or project management.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
Filipino nationality with a valid, transferable Iqama (residence visa).
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes (SBC) and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IEC).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
