We are seeking a skilled and experienced hse document controller / document controller / computer operator to support project and site operations in jubail and dammam region.
The candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling project documents in compliance with company and client requirements. Duties include maintaining document registers, receiving and distributing documents, ensuring proper version control, and supporting hse documentation such as permits, procedures, reports, and records.
The role also involves computer operations including data entry, report preparation, document formatting, scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and hard copy records. Coordination with engineers, hse teams, and project staff is required to ensure timely and accurate document flow.
Key responsibilities:
manage and control hse and project documents
maintain document control logs and tracking systems
ensure proper filing, version control, and confidentiality
prepare reports, letters, and spreadsheets
support hse documentation and audits
handle general computer and office operations
Requirements:
experience as hse document controller or document controller
good knowledge of ms office (word, excel, email)
understanding of hse documentation and procedures
good communication and organizational skills
experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects preferred
