Job Title: BMS Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled BMS Engineer to handle installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems for commercial and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HVAC controls, ELV systems integration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
Integration of HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm, and ELV systems
Programming and modification of BMS controllers and graphics
Review IFC drawings, schematics, and control diagrams
Perform FAT, SAT, and system performance testing
Coordinate with MEP contractors, vendors, and clients
Prepare reports, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
Troubleshoot BMS faults and provide technical support
