Project Manager – Scope of Work (SATORP Projects)
1. Overall responsibility for EPCC execution of SATORP projects from NTP to final handover.
2. Ensure full compliance with SATORP standards, AMIES specifications, and site procedures.
3. Act as single point of contact with SATORP PMT, Operations, and HSE teams.
4. Control project schedule (Primavera P6), milestones, and recovery plans.
5. Manage project budget, cost control, billing, and cash flow.
6. Identify and manage variations, claims, and change orders in line with contract conditions.
7. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
8. Ensure all works are executed as per approved IFC drawings, Method Statements, and ITPs.
9. Enforce strict HSE compliance as per SATORP refinery safety requirements.
10. Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring SATORP approval and performance.
11. Lead progress meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with SATORP.
12. Ensure timely project close-out, documentation, and completion certification
