We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting project activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing technical Submittals (Material Submittal, Method Statement, O & M Manual, etc.) based on the Project specification and Customer’s requirements for various systems (LPG, NG, Compressed Air, Fuel System,)
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed activity sequencing.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual site performance.
• Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and schedule risks.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead progress reports.
• Perform time impact analysis (TIA) and support delay and claim assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, storekeeper, and commissioning teams.
• Track manpower, equipment, and material resources against the approved schedule.
• Support planning for EPC and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and HSSE standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in related field.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Additional knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) Foundations.
