Job Responsibilities:
Manage and control project documents in Aconex.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and correspondence.
Maintain document control logs, registers, and filing systems.
Coordinate with project teams for document submissions and approvals.
Ensure all documentation meets company and client standards.
Assist in preparing reports, transmittals, and project handover files.
Requirements:
3–4 years of proven experience as a Document Controller in Aconex.
Strong hands-on experience with Aconex (mandatory).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia.
Strong experience in Aconex is mandatory
Salary Package: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 (Total Package)
