Project Engineer - Wood & Joinery
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Engineer - Wood & Joinery to manage and coordinate joinery and carpentry works for wood manufacturing and installation projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and technical control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage joinery and woodworks projects from production to site installation.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Coordinate with factory, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and progress.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and main contractors as required.
Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
Support cost control, variations, and technical clarifications.
Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Interior Design.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in joinery, woodworks, or interior projects.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, carpentry works, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Experience in KSA / GCC projects preferred.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
