Key Responsibilities:
? Review project scope, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to plan accurate
execution strategies.
? Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution methodologies.
? Develop project budgets, track cost estimates, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
? Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for clients and management approval.
? Lead and manage on-site installation of fire alarm, fire suppression, and firefighting systems.
? Supervise and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality
execution.
? Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with NFPA standards, Civil Defense regulations,
contract requirements, and safety protocols.
? Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support during installation, testing, and
commissioning phases.
? Track project budgets, material usage, labor costs, and equipment utilization to ensure cost control
and profitability.
? Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and quality assurance checks.
? Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, site instructions, testing records,
and handover reports.
? Report project progress, risks, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
? Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for inspections, certifications, and approvals.
? Ensure timely project completion in line with client requirements and contractual obligations.
? Prepare final project reports, documentation, and handover packages.
? Conduct post-project evaluation and lessons-learned sessions to improve future project execution.
? Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
? Conduct site meetings, progress updates, and ensure effective communication across all
stakeholders.
? Foster a collaborative environment among internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
or a related field.
? Certification in NFPA standards (preferred).
? Minimum 4 years of experience in fire protection system installations and project management.
? Strong knowledge of fire alarm, suppression, and firefighting systems.
? Familiarity with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and installation procedures.
? Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
