Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with SABIC safety standards and site regulations
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments
• Monitor work activities to identify and control hazards
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure safe operations
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
• Prepare safety reports, inspections, and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Safety, NEBOSH, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Valid SABIC ID (Mandatory)
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Industrial Projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems
• Good communication and reporting skills
