ERCON Group is actively seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer who can also support Civil Works Estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects. The selected candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates, competitive quotations, and winning technical/commercial proposals for ERCON projects.
This role is outcome-driven. Accuracy, speed, and commercial awareness matter more than titles.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare complete MEP cost estimates (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting).
• Support Civil estimation including BOQs, quantity take-offs, and pricing.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail.
• Prepare detailed estimation reports, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries.
• Develop quotation proposals aligned with project scope and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
• Meet tight tender deadlines without compromising accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).
• Proven experience in MEP estimation (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Civil estimation (mandatory, even if secondary).
• Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tendering procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel, estimation tools, and quantity take-off software.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of submissions.
