Job Description:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) with the following qualifications to work in the technical office processes of the Electrical and Instrumentation works in our ongoing Industrial project in Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To conduct quantity surveying, cost estimation, and quantity certificate studies for electrical and instrumentation works.
Analyzing and interpreting exploration items and preparing new Unit Prices when necessary,
To prepare cost estimates and quantities by reviewing project drawings,
Preparing the necessary documentation by effectively using relevant drawing and office programs (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.),
Creating progress reports by coordinating with field and project teams,
Ensuring technical and administrative coordination between the employer and contractor during the quantity and survey processes.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering section,
At least 10 years of experience in industrial projects (at least 5 years in a technical office).
Experienced in quantity surveying, cost estimation, progress payments, unit price analysis, and cost estimation preparation processes,
Able to effectively use drawing programs (AutoCAD, etc.),
Able to speak English actively and use it effectively in written communication,
Possesses an analytical mindset, is detail-oriented, and has strong reporting skills,
Team works with strong communication skills.
