Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Develop detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
Perform cost control, cost tracking, and variance analysis against approved budgets.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure schedule and cost compliance.
Prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and earned value analysis.
Identify schedule delays, cost overruns, and propose corrective action plans.
Support management with timely planning and cost control reports.
Ensure planning activities align with Oil & Gas project execution standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or related discipline).
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer in Oil & Gas projects.
Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Proven experience in cost control, budget planning, and project forecasting.
Good understanding of EPC project lifecycle and reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction Oil & Gas projects.
Familiarity with contract schedules and claims support, invoicing, billing.
Ability to work under tight project timelines.
