Should have good knowledge in managing projects.
Skills: Data analysis, project management, site supervision, knowledge of materials, understanding of topographical/geological data.Building system design, integration, safety standards, technical proficiency in software (like AutoCAD, Revit), understanding building codes.
Key Duties: Site analysis (soil, terrain), project design, cost estimation, creating construction documents, monitoring construction, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing project completion. Designing building systems (structural, HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire protection), integrating architectural plans with engineering, ensuring compliance with codes, overseeing construction from design to finish, and coordinating with architects and clients.
Eduction: Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil Enigneering.
Experience: below 10 years experience in Building construction projects.
