HSE Officer – Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Construction projects
Proven experience working on ARAMCO and SABIC sites (mandatory)
Valid ARAMCO/SABIC HSE certifications (preferred), such as:
OSHA / NEBOSH IGC
IOSH Managing Safely
First Aid & CPR
Fire Fighting Training
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual (CSM) and SABIC HSE Standards
Ability to conduct:
Risk Assessments & Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Toolbox Talks & Safety Inductions
Site inspections and incident reporting
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Good communication and reporting skills
Must be currently based in Yanbu or available to work in Yanbu
Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and transferable sponsorship (preferred)
