Civil Engineer – Job Description
???? Job Purpose
Responsible for civil design including earthwork, grading, roads, and drainage.
Involved in project development across pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.
Ensure safe, high-quality, fit-for-purpose designs.
Provide consultancy and technical studies for petrochemical manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate across multiple disciplines.
Lead and motivate engineering/design teams.
Support development of junior engineers.
???? Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
???? Minimum Experience
10–12 years in Civil Engineering, covering:
Earthwork
Site grading
Roads and paving
Gravity drainage design (stormwater, contaminated water, oil sewer)
Industry focus: petrochemical, fertilizer, refining, oil & gas
5–7 years with a recognized international FEED/EPC contractor (preferred)
Experience in both greenfield and brownfield FEED and Detailed Design projects
Site/construction experience is an added asset
