We are seeking a qualified Site Mechanical Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage and supervise mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, quality standards, and project schedule requirements. Experience in hospitality or high-end projects is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related systems).
• Review and coordinate mechanical shop drawings and material submittals with MEP/architectural/structural teams.
• Ensure execution is in accordance with approved IFC/shop drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, RFIs, and variation orders.
• Manage subcontractors, daily activities, manpower, and productivity to meet program targets.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, and closure of IRs/NCRs.
• Monitor site progress, identify constraints, and support recovery actions when required.
• Participate in testing & commissioning activities and ensure proper handover documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties).
• Enforce HSE requirements and safe work practices on site.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum (5–8) years relevant site experience in MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting system.
• Experience with consultants’ requirements, inspections, and commissioning processes.
• KSA project experience is preferred.
Software / Tools
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• MS Office (mandatory)
• Revit / Navisworks is a plus
