Maintain proper document control procedures, including numbering, version control, revision tracking, and filing.
Ensure that only the latest approved drawings and documents are issued to site and relevant departments.
Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, and logs for incoming and outgoing documents.
Track submission status and follow up on approvals and comments with clients and consultants.
Provide updated drawings and documents to site teams to support smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ISO procedures (where applicable).
